Effective August 7, 2026. This explains what personal data Liro collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, surname, and email address, and optionally your company name, a message, and which services you are interested in. The site does not require an account and does not collect any payment information.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project or service you asked about. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties beyond what is described below.
How your enquiry reaches us
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards your submission to our inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its own servers, which may be located outside Malta and the European Economic Area. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We use Formspree only to receive enquiries, not to build a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to remember our cookie notice and to stop the contact form being submitted repeatedly in a short space of time. It also uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. The analytics data is processed by Google and used only in aggregate, not to identify you personally. Full details, including how to opt out, are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries received through the contact form for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then delete them. If we go on to work together, data collected as part of that engagement is covered by the separate agreement we sign with you, not this policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Malta's Data Protection Act, you can ask us to:
Access
Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
Correct
Fix any of it that is inaccurate.
Delete
Remove it, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
Restrict or object
Limit how we use it, or stop us using it for a particular purpose.
Port
Receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes, for example if we change how we use analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
